Return and Refund Policy after receiving the product
We have a 7-day return policy with a 100% refund for all the books we sell. If you receive the product damaged, you just need to click a picture of the package keeping the shrink wrap of the books intact, and share it with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, rest is our responsibility. We’ll arrange a return through one of our empaneled courier partners within a maximum of 48-72 working hours. Once the product reaches us, we’ll process the refund on the very same working day. It shall reflect in your bank account within 5-7 working days.
Cancellation Policy before the product is dispatched
If you had ordered in Cash on delivery, then we will simply cancel the order. If you had ordered in Prepaid through any payment mode, we’ll cancel the order immediately and will process 100% refund on the same working day.
Cancellation Policy after the product is dispatched
After the order is dispatched from our end, if you wish to cancel the order, you can simply deny receiving the package from the courier partner. Once the order is returned to us, we’ll contact you and with your consent, we’ll process the 100% refund on the very same working day. It shall reflect in your bank account within 5-7 working days.
